Wild Eagle Flies into Dollywood
The third Wing Rider coaster to be announced for 2012 has been announced this year. First there was The Swarm at Thorpe Park, next there was X-Flight at Six Flags Great America, now there is Wild Eagle at Dollywood in Tennessee.

After a 210 foot lift to the top of the first hill the eagle shaped cars plummet down a 135 foot drop. A large loop follows this, there has never been a Wing Rider with a traditional loop before. Next is a Zero-G-Roll. A large Immelmann is the following inversion. The final flip is a Corkscrew. The ride ends in a figure 8 before the final brakes.

The main track color will be blue and the supports gray. Wild Eagle will be 3,127 feet long. Overall it will be the largest Wing Rider yet! Visit www.dollywood2012.com for the official press release, pictures, and more.
