Top Thrill Dragster
“Arms down, head back, and hold on” are the last words you’ll hear before blasting off at 120 miles per hour at Cedar Point. Top Thrill Dragster, what a unique name, it actually works for the ride too and if you don’t know you will soon find out. TTD uses a hydrolic launch to get its vehicles going and that was something that wasn’t done very often in 2003. If you look up at any point at the park you can see the Dragster. That is because it is 420 feet tall (in comparison the Statue of Liberty is 305 feet tall)!
There are bleachers near the entrance so spectators can see the terror as those brave (or dumb) riders launch off. Right before you launch though they flash Christmas tree lights like at a real dragster race. The launch is awesome and forceful. At the top there is loads of airtime and it continues all the way down. On the way down the track navigates a spiral, the rides single head-chopper is at this point. Once at the bottom the magnetic breaks smoothly slow you to a halt.
The whole ride takes about 17 seconds but it is the most insane 17 seconds of your life. I would give this a 10 out of 10, but it is just to short so I am giving it a 9 out of 10.

Dragster is good, better than Kingda Ka because it isnt rough and dosent have OTSRs. But its layout is way too short, and has only one element: a big hill. I would give it an 8 or 8.5.
I have ridden it and it is my #2 roller coaster (after Millennium Force).
